The pictures shows lower unit  painted Yamaha color.  Manufacturing process was changed. The Yamaha lower unit will NOT come anylonger painted with Yamaha Silver/Gray top coat.
Yamaha lower unit now come with BLACK PRIMER ONLY.
You can paint it to match your engine

DESCRIPTION:
- Lower Unit Gearcase.
- COMPLETE and assembled lower unit with Shaft, gears, and water pump.  
- Add oil and bolt it on.

FEATURES:
- DUAL Water pick up
- This unit has the watercooled bearing carrier.
- Fits 25" midsections.
- 15 spline propeller shaft for 15 spline propellers.
- Shaft Height: 27.5" from top of the drive shaft to the mounting surface (top of housing)
- Box measurements: 51"x29"x9" and weights 58 lbs.

APPLICATION:
- Replaces F250 lower units with dual water intakes.
- Also replaces early F250 lower units with side water intakes.
