We send you a UPS prepaid shipping label for you to ship the broken lower unit in the same box you will receive our lower unit. Just close the box, attached the label and give it to an UPS truck or UPS store. NOTE: If your lower unit is a special one or in great condition, and you do believe is worth over $50.00, let us know.
