DESCRIPTION:
This is a Standard remanufactured Yamaha 1000 (FX140) engine.
It includes the cases, crankshaft, head assembly, all new internal parts & a woodruff key and a 1-year no-fault warranty.

This product is sold on an exchange basis only.
We need to receive your core or old engine. Then we ship a remanufactured one
(You send us your core and we will send you the remanufactured unit). You must send the same Remanufactured engine model with its parts in order for us to send you the remanufactured unit.
The core: is your old OEM engine. We do not accept aftermarket parts or ported cylinders/cases.
EXCHANGE RULES:
1) Your core that you send to us will be inspected and if it meets requirements ( MUST be in shining and in good conditions) then, we will send you the remanufactured Unit.
2) Client will pay shipping.
3) We do not receive the Yamaha and Sea-Doo 1.8 L Crankshaft on an exchange basis.
CORE NOTES:
Important: We do not want any electronics, intake or exhaust. Starting at the valve cover, remove: all sensors, PTO and magneto covers, PTO coupler, plastic cam cover, and oil cooler.
Parts that need to be left on: Timing chain tensioner, timing chain guides, the plastic crank cover, crankcase, crankshaft, camshaft & sprocket, valve cover and all associated bolts.

Sea-Doo cores MUST be opened for full inspection. Remove the screw caps, and all case bolts from the bottom of the case to split them.

No-Fault Warranty:
Warranty of remanufactured STANDARD engines and parts are for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase against any failure that would require replacement. PREMIUM engines comes with 2 year warranty.
Returns IN NEW ITEMS accepted in 30 days"""ONLY""" if they have NOT being installed and are in similar condition as when they were shipped. If you missed parts of the item, item CANNOT be returned.
