- Helm Pump
- Displacement: 1.7 cu. in. - 3.4 cu. in.
FEATURES & ATRIBUTES:
- A unique variable displacement feature allows the number of steering wheel turns to be adjusted by the helmsman within a predetermined range.
- Shaft is 3/4" standard taper with 5/8" NF threads.
- Protected by built-in 1000 PSI pressure relief valves.
- 1250V Helm Pump, Displacement: 1.7 cu. in. - 3.4 cu. in.
SeaStar Capilano Variable Turns Hydraulic Steering System
- The helm pump features variable displacement enabling the helmsman to adjust the steering wheel turns to suit various maneuvering and weather conditions.
- Systems are not air-pressurized; no air leaks or pressure drops.
- Each helm is its own reservoir; separate reservoir not needed.
- For most inboard powered boats with single or twin engines from 30 to 55 feet in length.
- This application guide should be used with discretion.
- It is the final responsibility of the boat designer-builder to specify maximum expected steering loads.
- Meets ABS, Lloyd and Det Norske Veritas specifications.
