This product is sold on an CORE exchange basis.

NOTE: If you do NOT have a core to send we CANNOT sell this Cylinder Kit

THE CORE:
- is your old OEM Cylinder Kit. We do not accept aftermarket parts or ported cylinders/cases.
- Aluminum Cylinder MUST be in good condition
- If your sleeve(s) is damaged or your current bore is beyond the max service limit - don't worry, we re-sleeve.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Once ordered, contact us so we can provide core shipping instructions.
2) Please check the 3rd and 4th picture. Please inform which picture matches your engine: if your ski has Port, Color of Air Injector & Fitting, please answer us what option:
- 3rd picture shows Black Color, Treaded and 6 ports.
- 4th picture shows Gray color, casted, and 5 ports.

EXCHANGE RULES:

1) Your core will be inspected and if it OK to be rebuidable then, we will send you the remanufactured Unit.
2) Bended or broken Cylinder Kit wont be accepted.

2) Client will pay shipping to ship core to us.
3) Important : Please take off additional parts that are not included in the Remanufactured Cylinder Exchange Kit model since all the parts that we do not need will be discharged. Some parts are: Studs, R.A.V.E. Valves or Power Valves.

INCLUDES:
Cylinders with new sleeves, all pistons, rings, wrist pins, wrist-pin bearings, c-clips, base gaskets, head/head cover gaskets/o-rings, intake and exhaust gaskets.
