Once you pay the order, we will install a NEW 20" or 25" driveshaft according to the length of your midsection.  Then, we install a NEW water pump kit, pressure test and ad NEW Sierra gearcase oil. Then, we ad 2 coats of paint, waiting 24 hours per coat for perfect drying and finally create a custom box.  SET UP PROCESS TAKES 3-4 DAYS.

You will need to use a 1991 or newer prop thrust washer.

General Information:

• 25" driveshaft for 25" mid sections.
• 15 spline propeller shaft for 15 spline propellers.
• Designed for V6 engines 4-3/4 diameter in the bullet or propeller with diameter above 14"

• Drive shaft measurements: From top of lower unit housing (same as the bottom of water pump) to top of drive shaft 22 1/4 or 27 1/4". (One inch less for 60 degree engines). if your measurements ends on 3/4 or 7/8 this lower unit do not fit, as yours will be the old style pre 1991-1992.  We have those as well.
•  Propeller shaft with 15 splines.  Propeller bullet 4 3/4 external diameter.
•  Shifter rod is not that big deal as you can use yours.
