Design to fit MOST BUT MAYBE NOT ALL engines:
Johnson Evinrude V4 engines 75 to 115HP (60 Degree engines ONLY) from 1995-2006.

WE PREFER NOT TO SHIP WITHOUT MAKING SURE OUR LOWER UNIT FITS YOUR ENGINE.

SPECIFICATIONS:
- Propeller shaft: 13 splines. 
- Propeller bullet: 4-1/8" external diameter.
- Gear ratio: 2:1
- You will need to use a 1991 or newer prop thrust washer. You can use your old one whne installing the propeller.
- Replaces Johnson Evinrude 5004632

ASSEMBLING PROCESS:
Once you place your order, we install a NEW driveshaft according to the length of your midsection. 
Then, we install a NEW water pump kit, pressure test and ad NEW Sierra gearcase oil. Finally, we ad 2 coats of paint, waiting 24 hours per coat for perfect drying and finally create the custom box. 
SET UP PROCESS TAKES 3-4 DAYS.

IMPORTANT DIMENSSIONS for you to compare to your lower unit:
- Drive shaft measurements: From top of lower unit housing (same as the bottom of water pump) to top of drive shaft 21-1/4 or 26-1/4" for 20" and 25" engines.   
- NOTE: if your measurements ends on 3/4 or 7/8 this lower unit do not fit, as yours will be the old style pre 1991-1992.  We have those as well.
- Propeller shaft with 13 splines.  Propeller bullet 4-1/8" external diameter.
- Shifter rod: Comes without shift rod.  Client use the one for his/her lower unit.
