DESCRIPTION:
This Kit includes:  
- 1 lower unit or gearcase 
- 1 upper driveshaft for 25" engines
- 1 water pump 

IMPORTANT NOTE: (Some assembling required)
You or your mechanic can assemble it.  Is simple: 1) Insert by hand the upper driveshaft and hit with a hammer for it to clip into the lower driveshaft locking sleeve. 2) Install the water pump. 3) screw in your old shifter rod and adjust it.  3) fill with oil.  4)  Optionally, paint the housing. (lower unit comes Black)

SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTALATION NOTES:
- Propeller shaft: 13 splines. 
- Propeller bullet: 4-1/8" external diameter.
- Gear ratio: 2:1
- You will need to use a 1991 or newer prop thrust washer. You can use your old one whne installing the propeller.
- Replaces Johnson Evinrude 5004632
- On 2007 and Newer 115 and 130 HP motors you will need to remove the clips on the driveshaft before installing your shaft into the new unit.

APPLICATION:
Design to fit MOST BUT MAYBE NOT ALL engines: 
Johnson Evinrude 3 Cyl and V4, most engines 75-90-100-115-130HP
For V4 engines, only 60 Degree engines powerhead.  Does NOT fit in 90 degree powerheads.
