- with 15" shaft (short shaft)

Condition:
- swivel and steering arm moves softly.
- Tilt tube and brackets are difficult to move.
- We have not tilt so we do not kno wif the titlting system and cylinder are good..
- We are NOT selling or describing tilt cylinder or titl system. If it is not good, we are sorry, but no retunrs based on that fact.
